Make money doing the work you believe in
Michelle Russell messaged me this morning.
She found my books on her father's bookshelf.
He had attended one of my workshops years ago and kept them — because he worked with women in his industry and wanted them to succeed.
She read Make the Most of Mentoring as she entered a leadership development program.
Now she's picking up No Ceiling, No Walls as she steps into her first leadership role.
And this morning she became a BBS subscriber.
I've been thinking all day about what it means for a book to sit on a shelf for years, waiting for the right person at the right moment.
Her father didn't know his daughter would need it one day. He just knew it mattered.
That's the multiplier effect. It doesn't always look the way you expect. And this morning it made my heart sing!
