I just enrolled in the Brain Health Kitchen course with Annie Fenn, MD and I am SO excited! This is such an exciting next chapter for me, and honestly it feels really personal too. Both of my grandmothers had dementia, so diving deep into brain health is something that has been on my heart for a long time.

I just got my CSA and Brain Trainer certifications, and now this. I feel like everything is pointing me in this direction and I am here for it. Can't wait to share what I learn along the way!
