My current “lifemaxxing” stack:
- wake up whenever I want (no alarm clock life)
- if it’s sunny, go to a coffeeshop to write and work
- if it’s cloudy, brew an amazing pot of tea and work from my desk that overlooks the hills of SF
- say yes always to spur of the moment trips that just “feel” right
- be generous with my time in the right spaces, put on events and experiences with care for my community
- never perform — always be honest with how I’m feeling
- 10k steps clean eating vegan gluten free 3x strength training 2x cardio push days (and do this at least 80% of the time)
- always be making progress on a personal creative passion (starting my next book soon!)
