I’m coming from the same reality and am looking for what to do – because here we are, so we will do something. I say it’s to get humanity tuned into being in collapse. Then people stop warring and cooperate to deal with an emergency.

How to make collapse common knowledge? Maybe a Zoom to figure it out together, but I don’t find that a creative arena. How to use modern technology? I’m thinking about a new way where savvy people comment on each other, like I’m doing here. Anything new can go into Notes, where everyone else can comment – ideas like getting an agency to sell that understanding, or having a massive event a billionaire funds, or what?

I’m not saying there is salvation. I could even see extinction. But the best way to deal with the future is together, where even if we lose our industrial civilization maybe we’ll have a localized agrarian one, in caring communities that beat the loneliness that can come from the affluence we have now.
