The sky has been swirling for a month, waves of iridescence weave through the clouds, maybe there's an ambient humming buzz, maybe a metallic taste in the air. 

From your point of view, you know something is up, but who are you and how are you going to make sense of the phenomenon.

Maybe you're a psych patient compelled to start a new religion, a child seeing magical things, a musician scrambling to compose his last masterpiece before the world ends. Who knows? Maybe no one, but everyone has an idea.
