Oh for fuck’s sake. When Lehman Brothers hid $50 billion in liabilities nobody got charged with 34 felonies. HSBC laundered for the world’s most murderous cartels and no one got charged with 34 felonies. In fact in the latter case they avoided criminal penalties to preserve the bank’s charter.
