And that’s a wrap on Winter in the Highlands! We’re closing things out with possibly the best use of cabbage I’ve ever encountered… tossed with bacon and macadamias for a salty, nutty, and utterly delicious dish.
It’s meant to be served alongside something else, but I happily had it for lunch today all on its own.
