Monday morning. I’m late to my makeshift balcony desk. My cat is sleeping soundly on the clean laundry hanging on the clotheshorse, after he pulled down what he deemed to be dry enough already.

Enjoying the heat, before it gets too stifling later on. Sounds of birds chirping, city life in the distance, and my fingers tapping the keyboard.
