Dango

Dango are traditional Japanese dumplings made from rice flour, lightly chewy and gently sweet. Usually served on skewers, they are eaten plain or coated with soy-based glaze, red bean paste, or kinako. Simple in form, they highlight texture, season, and balance rather than richness.

Dango is more casual than other Japanese sweets, both in price and taste. There is a traditional shop in my locality called WAJIMA.
