“Welcome Suica” can be purchased at only limited number of places in Tokyo. They are not sold at the JR EAST Travel Service Center where you will receive Japan Rail Pass.

Surprisingly original Suica cards(green) are not available due to the shortage of IC Chips.

If you are not going to use Japan Rail Pass and get around by IC card tickets, please purchase them before you leave the airport.
