Hello Everyone!

I’m launching a 30-Day “Swap-It-Out Challenge” for those interested in dipping their toes into making lasting health-related changes.

If you’re interested, spend the next couple of days reflecting on which area(s) you would like to shift, then on April 1st, swap out something that may not be in your best interest with something that is.

The three areas listed below have to do with snacking, movement, and toxic chemicals in your environment.

1. If you’re a sweet eater, this will be your opportunity to put that cookie, cake, ice cream, etc. down, and shift it to something naturally sweet, like your favorite fruit.

2. We are officially out of Winter and into Spring, it’s time to add in some movement if you’re able. Rest is essential, but so is getting out and enjoying fresh air, sunshine (unless you’re allergic), and maybe some fun physical activities. If getting out is a challenge, try opening up your blinds and looking outside at grass, trees, flowers, or something else that brings you joy.

3. Toxic products: This can be a challenging one because I don’t personally know anyone who doesn’t like a clean house. The issue is, a lot of cleaners contain “endocrine disruptors” that are toxic to our hormonal system and environment. This doesn’t mean stop cleaning; perhaps trying a new non-toxic cleaner.

For me a game changer came years ago when I switched from toxic laundry detergent to more eco friendly, then using baking soda and vinegar as a deodorizer/fabric softener. It’s not only eco friendly but it’s easier on the wallet $$$.

There is a fourth area I’ll be adding later, it’s a bit more delicate and has to do with mindset. My intention is to show up authentically so I’m maneuvering taking out toxic positivity. This is meant to be nurturing.

I’m here to support you in this journey so if you’re interested in participating, drop me a comment or DM. I’ll happily cheer you on and support you in this journey.

*This challenge is complimentary in nature and is not meant to replace any medical care you are or will be receiving in the near future. Please consult with a competent healthcare provider before making any major shifts in diet and/or exercise.

Blessings,

Tara
