Mindset! What are you saying to or about yourself that needs to change? Can you take something about yourself that you criticize and/or do not like, acknowledge it, then emphasize what you do love about yourself? Try it in the mirror, it’s powerful!
Mindset is the area I’m working on and will share that momentarily.
