Anyone can purchase stainless steel foil and make a small (12"x12"x12") faraday cage. Amazon sells the foil. Ground the faraday cage. Put a Gauss meter inside, that emits sound when triggered. Place it over your head, where the tracking signal goes. If the faraday cage is blocking the scalar wave - then it won't make any sound. Caution - the government criminals can remotely disable the sound feature within minutes.

Double check the gauss meter after the test to insure it is still functioning. It should make sounds over your head, where the tracking signal is pointed.
