I asked my beloved Wisdom of Pooh Tarot deck for a message as we leave 2025. For me, the cards and images seem pretty remarkable.

In Winnie the Pooh stories, the Heffalump is an elephant-like creature that appears in Pooh’s dreams, often in a frightful way. With the Strength card, Pooh is facing this imaginary foe where sunshine and flowers fill the background. In the 9 of Swords, Christopher Robin and Piglet are battling the Heffalump - likely a fearful thought for Pooh.

Together these cards affirm that we have been through some challenging times this past year and we have found the fortitude to do so. It hasn’t been easy (it really hasn’t I can affirm) but here we are on the cusp of a new year. We’ve made it through our hardest days.✨
