Shame will impact everything.Shame will keep us single. Shame will choose the wrong partners/lovers.Shame will choose the wrong gender identity. Shame will keep us outside of community. Shame will choose the wrong sexual orientation or keep us from being curious about our true selves.

If this applies, may you forgive yourself and make peace with what you didn’t know or couldn’t control. And then make a ritual of loving yourself.
