I'm getting back into the habit of carrying a small notebook in my bag to capture ideas instead of using my phone's notepad.

My phone notes fall into the black hole of oblivion. Flipping through the capture notebook, however, is a delight.

It's funny how we stop doing cool things over time and with routine. We need to reactivate the behaviors that give us these little doses of pleasure. ❤️
