When I still lived in a house with a big garden I tried and failed to start composting on many occasions. I was sure there was a system out there that would work—and I hated throwing food waste away—but absolutely couldn’t figure it out. Composting seemed complicated! And there were so many methods people promised were the best. If only cass marketos Compost After Reading had been out then!
