How to make your AI system actually reliable:

1. Use it yourself. A lot. Take notes on failures.

2. Export logs to a spreadsheet. Get to 100 rows minimum.

3. Add "Pass/Fail" and "Reason for Failure" columns.

4. Fix the obvious stuff. Build simple rules for the rest.

The boring answer is always the right one.
