Well thought out and well written. Much could also definitely be applied to other early stage companies as well. Have a plan A...and plan B...and a plan C

Definitely! - though in the case of AI companies, due to their capital requirements, it becomes more critical then not to actually make a return in some form

Pure software companies (eg. NPM, etc) has the option of an acquisition exit, due to their less capital intensive nature.
