Your architecture artifacts live in 4 different places right now
Portal screenshots in Confluence, some in ARM templates in repos, while diagrams are in Visio. None of them talks to each other
And every architecture review starts with "let me pull up the latest version"
There is no latest version. There's just whatever someone updated last
Here's how I fixed this:
I moved the workflow into Miro, so every role has a shared system map, decisions, and trade-offs.
What I do now:
- Prompt Miro AI to draft a UML sequence diagram from the spec
- Use diagram layers for 2 views: stakeholder + engineer
- Pull in Jira/Azure DevOps cards and map dependencies next to the diagram
- Record a Talktrack walkthrough for async review and comments
- Embed the board in Confluence / Notion / Coda so docs and diagrams stay linked
- Turn frames into Slides for the stakeholder sync
This will directly reduce meetings, speed up reviews, improve handoffs, and reduce rework.
Product finally understands why the migration takes 6 sprints, as they can see it.
