The best Clinical AI platforms will be differentiated by people not code.

I'm increasingly convinced that the threat of AI replacing labor, and in particular clinicians, will fall flat. I've seen time and time again that the real value is in training the labor force of tomorrow to use AI effectively or to bring your own AI hybrid workforce to the problems faced by health care organizations. And as the foundational models become better and better, I firmly believe that systems of record will kill many AI startups. The ones that survive are those that go deep into not just workflow but also policy and champion entirely new models of care.
