If you're stuck on how to use Claude's scheduled tasks: organize your folders by the pillars of your life, connect your tools, then just ask Claude to look at everything and help you design your week with “scheduled tasks”. And make sure your connectors are on (small plus sign lower left of chat window) to add context. I have many connectors on in my claude co-work instance, but the most useful for me:
Gmail
Google calendar
Notion
Granola
GitHub
Slack
Between these and my desktop folder there was a ton of context for my activities and goals.
I did this yesterday — Claude read my Slack channels, my CRM, my calendar, our financials, my academics folder — and we collaboratively built 17 agents that now run my entire weekly rhythm. I didn't plan the architecture myself. Instead I described my life and built the scaffolding iteratively. The other move? Having Claude Code create an interactive website to contextualize the updates and minimize cognitive overload!
