The app for independent voices

Here is what we all should do RIGHT NOW to support Jennifer as well as all of us. Write an email to:

VARIETY: VarietyFeedback@Variety.com

THE WRAP: Sharon Waxman, Editor-in-Chief: sharon@thewrap.com

PEOPLE: editor@people.com and senior editorial contacts like michele.corriston@people.com

DAILY MAIL: corrections@mailonline.co.uk

and there are plenty of other outlets, but that should get you started!

Here is a sample letter. Put your own name in (of course!). Change the URL to feature the article from the publication you are writing to. Make sure you change the name of publication in the intro and twice in the body of the email.

To the Editors of Variety,

I am writing to formally object to a factual error and general distortion published by Variety (variety.com/2026/film/n…) concerning Jennifer Esposito, as outlined in her article here:

It is troubling that such a basic matter appears to have been published without adequate fact-checking. Variety’s reputation rests on accuracy and lack of bias, and in this instance that standard was not met.

I am requesting:

A clear public correction of the error

A public apology acknowledging the mistake and its impact

Jennifer Esposito is a serious, accomplished artist whose talent and body of work deserve accuracy and respect, not careless reporting.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Sincerely,

Your Name Here!

We will run this on FilmStack Daily Digest but why wait. Get started now!

An open letter to Variety, The Wrap, People and all the other outlets commenting on me "losing my home".
