As for Grenell, his first public comments on programming choices came at CPAC, where archive.is/o/UENaN/http… onstage by Politico

White House correspondent Dasha Burns.

“Well, we want to make art great again,” Grenell said.

“And what does that mean, sir?” Burns asked.

“Look, I, um, I don’t know for sure,” Grenell said.

We recently added two words to our mission:

To provide a more human way to engage with the news…and life.

We added the words “and life” because ultimately we want to engage with more of life, not just the news of the day.

We live in a fascinating time of history. We walk around with addictive supercomputers in our pockets. Ideologies fill …

I’m a huge fan of Gen-AI detoxes.

Seriously, just put all Gen-AI down for a week.

Or 2 weeks. Or a month.

Just let ChatGPT and its ilk sit there. If you use Grammarly, disable it. If you use Google Docs, use the Microsoft Word you have on your computer. (Feeling especially awesome? Disable Spellcheck. Don’t worry. It will be ok.)

Just sit with your own thoughts and own creations.

Then, think seriously about what Gen-AI actually adds to your life, if anything.

As someone who doesn’t see a reason to turn on my Substack paywall, I come at writing from a different perspective than Warner, who seems to have made it into the small club of people who actually make a living as a writer. Will that club still exist next year?

My answer is "yes," and Warner's explanation of the educational value of writing is a big part of the reason.

My latest Morningstar article dives into the research showing abnormal growth in earnings is neither persistent nor predictable and the fastest growing industries have not produced the highest returns . Industry is not destiny!

From reading 40+ substacks over the past 18 months, I've been led to believe the simplistic explanation of regulatory capture by industry.

It was only recently that I learned of your work. And after listening to your presentation, it's clear that the real story is industry capture by DOD....while the regulators are playing regulatory charades.

So why aren't the likes of Steve Kirsch, Robert Malone, Bobby Kennedy, Del Bigtree informing their millions of followers what is really going on? Are they…

In reality it was both: first we got the decades of creeping regulatory capture and disease mongering by the profit-driven PharMafia and the investors behind the machine. When the system was properly updated/corrupted it was then weaponized via industry capture by the DOD, or rather by the Malthusian eugenicists and NWO protagonists who now own most governments, bureaucratic institutions, universities, mainstream media.

Wish I could memorize this succinct statement.
