Ukraine is experiencing a xenophobic disinformation campaign exploiting its massive labor challenges. Social media has been hit with attacks against foreigners who work in Ukraine, though they make up a fraction of the labor market.

Around 300,000 jobs are available but to.o few men to fill them due to factors such as mobilization, migrations and war-related injuries.
