I've spent six years visiting 40+ communities across 12 countries, studying what makes them thrive, and what makes them collapse.

Conflict that goes unmediated is one of the top consistent failure patterns I've documented.

Not because the people were wrong. Because nobody had the tools.

So I built a workshop.
