This is why I stopped doing PM and start doing solo work.

Instead of waiting to behave properly in the old fashion way, and still disturb major stakeholders about being too “unreal” with current Vietnamese condition, I learnt to build my own projects with AI, and then teaching people the process so the knowledge can be shared and consolidated.

I have tried to explain AI can allow new PO to have superpower, as well as other roles among product team, which reallocation of labor and communications might be needed, but such a thought disrupts the current JDs, workflows and coordination that current team setups are working on (hybrids/fake agile, feature factories,…,)

The AI world is moving too fast while we’re still discussing what product management truly means and whether product people are needed or just let the dev team decides.

So far my predictions on future of product managements are proven correct.
