Here are the 3 steps that make AI-generated text sound “human.”

Step 1: rewrite properly

-Vary sentence length aggressively

-Replace formal transitions with casual ones

-Add 2–3 personal touches like “honestly” or “I think.”

-Allow a fragment or two

-Swap formal words for conversational ones

-Add emphasis where it feels natural

Step 2: read-aloud test

-Would I actually say this?

-Does it sound like a conversation?

-Does any word feel slightly “AI”?

Step 3: final pass

-Make sure contractions are there

-Fix repetitive patterns

-Add one unexpected example or comparison
