An important report has just been published by the think tank Policy Exchange. It rightly focuses on the spiralling demand and costs of special educational needs and disability payments made to young people in the UK. However, the authors blame poor policy and perverse incentives, driving over-diagnosis. They advocate major reform - for which read cuts. They don't advocate finding out what has gone wrong in the first place. We urgently need to address the biological dysfunction and neuroinflammation affecting our kids. Read more below!
