Cristian Quinteros Soto’s work ¡Ahora y siempre!

The photo shows Christian’s grandfather, who was killed and disappeared by the regime after the Chilean coup d’état 1973. The original photograph had his face cut out, part of a common practice of erasing the identities of those persecuted by the regime, both to instil fear and to prevent remembrance.
