Most talented players don’t lack ability.

They lack hearing the truth.

Draymond Green said it straight:

Only a few guys get freedom.

Everyone else has to master a role.

And it starts with effort, hustle, defense, and competing when you’re tired.

“I may not be the most skilled… but nobody’s going to want it more than me.”

That’s a skill.

But too many players get comfort instead of honesty.

And false confidence gets exposed under pressure.

Great leaders don’t protect feelings.

They tell the truth and hold the standard.

Because if you want to be liked… go sell ice cream.

Do you want comfort or growth?
