I am always so inspired by Giovanna Solimando. Just arrived in Puglia and heading out tomorrow to forage for wild greens & asparagus at Trulli Trazzonara.
Wild asparagus, cardoons, and carducci are our traditional Easter vegetables where I’m from in Puglia.
