I’m back from my extended holiday trip and feeling refreshed and recharged… even despite the jet lag. It was a wonderful, enriching experience and one I definitely don’t take for granted. The ability to travel is such a gift, especially to a new place, and it always reminds me that we are more alike than we are different.
While away I primarily practiced Mantra Meditation. I find it’s easy and can be done anywhere. It was useful not only to help ground me in the present moment, but also to help me fall asleep.
You can listen to a guided session, like the one I’m “unlocking” and including below, or you can choose a mantra to repeat and either set a timer or just free flow.
