What got you here won’t always get you where you want to go.
I heard this idea a while ago, and honestly it’s stuck with me.
Just because something got you this far — a habit, a behaviour or a certain way of thinking — doesn’t mean it will get you where you ultimately want to go.
Levelling up means constantly assessing what’s actually working, not just assuming more of the same is enough
Perhaps that sounds difficult or exhausting.
But you know what’s really exhausting?
Putting in a lot effort and making no progress towards where you really want to go because you didn’t assess what’s actually required.
