Whenever I see a butterfly, the same messages come through: transformation, enjoy life to the fullest, and trust the process.

Most people think of the butterfly as beautiful and colorful. But before this shape takes form, the caterpillar enters the chrysalis and completely disintegrates, becoming unrecognizable before it becomes extraordinary.

Trusting the process does not mean things are not hard. It does not mean you are not going through something real and difficult before the results show up.

Whatever you are in the middle of right now, whatever feels like it is falling apart, taking too long, or not making sense yet, you may just be in the chrysalis phase.

The emergence can be absolutely glorious.
