Currently working on part 7 of 7 in the Hierarchical Trauma Systems Framework, which offers a unifying lens pulling from political economy, family systems theory, organizational psychology, critical race theory, and complex adaptive systems research to explain why despite changing leadership, reforms, and policy the same patterns of harm keep repeating.
