This is what I’m bringing to the Curry Night Banquet Annada D. Rathi and I are hosting on the 19th of January!
It’s a Traditional Sri Lankan meal with all the bells and whistles. See that beef curry there in the middle? I created a recipe that tastes like its made in the village with freshly ground spices, but the surprise is I’ve challenged myself to use a store bought curry blend, so you can all do this one at home.
I’m rather please with myself and this curry. Come in and take a look, there is a lot on the table.
