Mushroom steaks are a thing.

These beauties are for dinner tonight, but I started seasoning them last night. Here’s how I do it.

  • My wakame infused soy (you can use light soy)

  • My aromatic chilli oil ( you can use your chilli oil)

  • A crushed garlic glove in each

  • Leave marinating overnight

  • This morning I char grilled them, back sit in the marinade all day.

Tonight I’ll center my dinner plan on with delicious things. Not sure yet what form that will take. Maybe some ginger stir fry greens, some rice and definitely a sprinkle of sesame. I’ve just soaked some soybeans I’ll make some sticky Korean dish with later today.
