That’s my breakfast this morning so as a gift to the hungry people on substack this weekend, I thought I must share it.
That rosti is a few slices of steamed potato I had in the fridge and a few tablespoons of left over rice. Mash it all together, put what ever seasoning your feel like then press it in a sandwich press or char griller.
Mine has an Asian flavour as I had a left over Korean spiced baked tomato and a mushroom steak with it. So there you go, a new idea for a delicious weekend breakfast.
