I’ve just topped up my Masala Dabba. Everyone keeps their own most commonly used spices in these boxes.

Mine sits on my kitchen bench for ease of every day use, with the rest of my spices kept in the spice drawer. I do also have a large box with bottles of spices, and others…. So the spices I keep in my masala dabba are, fenugreek, cumin, mustard seeds, fennel, cardamom, turmeric and coriander.

I also keep bags of silica with my spices to keep them dry and in good condition. You can see the bags in the drawer and box.
