I’ve seen quite a few posts about muesli or granola lately. I’ve noted they all have a lot of added sugar, which surprises me.

I’ve never thought to add any sugar to mine, although I have used various fruit juices to add flavour, and spices of course.

This morning I’ve just dry roasted oats, and shaved coconut with the zest of an orange.

I could add nuts and seeds, but I’ll leave it like this, it offers more adaptability, no sugar and it’s crunchy and aromatic.
