The foundational story of my family is that my great grandma started having kids at age 13 (common in India until very recently to have child marriage and control teenage sexuality) and died at 35 while pregnant. She went through 6 miscarriages.

Her father decided this will never happen again and overeducated all his daughters (her sisters) and grand daughters. No woman has died due to childbirth since then. My grandma was married at 30, her third child was born at 37. My aunt recently got married at 38 and had her child at 39.
