🚨 ICE's investigative arm is now going county-by-county for individual voter files — and obtained them in two counties, per newly released public records (Axios).

Webb County, TX and Forsyth County, NC turned files over to Homeland Security Investigations. The dots, in order:

▪️ April — DHS subpoenas Texas counties

▪️ May & Nov — individual files handed over

▪️ June 9 — DHS directs ICE to deport noncitizens who illegally vote

Webb County's own administrator: 2 noncitizen cases in 150,000+ voters. Supporters say federal law already requires the enforcement; critics question the scale.
