The first journal I think I ever had, I was in 3rd grade, and it was one of those “composition books” with the black and white splotchy covers.
I’ve always loved writing in a journal. And now, I’m gonna start posting some of that writing. I’m gonna call it Joe’s Journal, at least for now…

I heard he had been in a 'mental health' facility recently. I would imagine they put him on a psyche drug. (seems to be their usual aim)
Possibly he had a break because of such.
Yes, good call. The drugs are another common denominator in these murders.
I wonder, maybe the most important one?
Some years back I came across a man's story who was given a psyche drug for stress. He had a psychotic break and killed his eleven year old son.
For stress. . .
My Mother took them almost all of her adult life and she never got better. Terrible fits of violence that were totally unexplainable. I really do not believe that anything good comes from those drugs, at least not in my experience.

Yeah there are so many accounts of people who've had terrifying experiences.
I was prescribed prozac, many many years ago, by someone who spoke to me very briefly. I took it a few times and my body said no, as it always does.
I don't take drugs of any kind. And I'm outside the system now.
