Here’s a pattern I keep seeing in the people around me:
There are folks who've found a set of circumstances that genuinely works for them.
Maybe it’s luck, maybe it’s early hard work, or a bit of both both.
They're settled and that's fine. I don't know if they're happy with it but it's where they stay.
Then there are people whose circumstances stopped working a long time ago and instead of challenging them, they just... don’t.
They absorb the frustration. They adjust their expectations downward.
That's where "feeling stuck" comes from.
Not from a lack of options but from a habit of acceptance.
