There's a reason I keep coming back to SXSW every year. It's not the barbecue. It's not the parties. And it's definitely not the 1am scooter rides that felt a lot smarter at 12:59am.

It's the people.

The creative ones. The innovative ones. The connectors, the supporters, the inspirers. The old friends and the new ones. The ones who remind you why you do this work in the first place.

You're my people. Full stop.

Back home now, I'm so grateful to the partners and friends who showed up with incredible hospitality -- iHeart, Brand Innovators, realtor.com... you made Austin feel like home base.

To those who shared a stage with me, grabbed late night drinks at our Beers with Friends co-hosted hang, crossed my path somewhere between 6th Street and a breakfast taco line, or listened to my Genuin pitch (all 400+ of you, yes I counted)... thank you.

It really is all about the people. And what we build together.

From 98 degrees on Sunday to 31 degrees on Monday, we lived every extreme, ate every taco, and leaned into every conversation. No complaints. Zero.
