4 people showed up to the 6am gym class this morning. Holiday effect well and truly at play.

I was one of them.

I had an awful night's sleep. Almost cancelled the alarm and the gym.

But I didn't.

And I came home a different person. Planted two lovely plants my sister got me. Cleaned the car inside and out. Washing on. All done by 9:30am.

Now I'm sitting with a cuppa and another Easter egg — several loops that were hanging over me, closed.

I didn't feel like it. I went anyway. And the morning just opened up after that.

Day 29 of 30 days of gratitude. Grateful for the version of me that shows up even when she doesn't feel like it. 💛
