There is a physics of integrity that undergirds the frequency of authenticity.

I think we often speak of spirituality as if it’s disconnected from the body. But we are spiritual muscle. Spirituality emerges from the body, the remnants of our rituals - just like spirits extend from lives actually lived.

There is a sensuality that roots our spiritual lives regardless of the sense we make of it, the embodied substrate on which articulated religions rely.

This is what I mean by Root Work, and why this next book baby exists and is growing in the Womb…because we need to talk about the substrate and all the divine Magic in our bodies that is just waiting to be unlocked
