In Part One, I explored coherence as a guiding principle for how we live, heal, and lead—what it means when nothing within us is fighting itself.
In Part Two, I bring that lens into the medical cannabis space.
Cannabis is not a medicine that works by force. It works through relationship—between biology and experience, nervous system and environment, meaning and care. When those elements are aligned, cannabis can support regulation, insight, and healing. When they are fragmented, even the most promising medicine can miss its mark.
This piece explores what coherence looks like for both patients and providers, how cannabis touches all five domains of health, and why honoring spirituality as the root of cannabis care matters—not as belief, but as meaning, connection, and integrity.
This is an invitation to slow the conversation down, widen the lens, and remember that healing happens most fully when care is coherent.
