Really interesting to listen to Ashley’s Ashley Butler story. I’ve seen a quieter version of it in my own life. Not as dramatic, but I’ve seen that over time you start adjusting to fit a corporate culture, that doesn’t quite fit you. We’ve walked away from roles where the organisation’s values didn’t match our own. When that alignment is missing, something inside you slowly begins to wear down.

And I am still thinking about the vision and the tattoos! 😁
